OH MY GOSH! I cannot believe I am almost a year old...Gees I feel so old. I mean look at me I have teeth now..I am eating stuff besides that nasty formula and as my mom already told all of you I am WALKING! What a relief not to have to crawl all over the place anymore. This year has been great. I enjoyed being an only child, but am now ready to take the role as the BIG sister! Gsh..My parents are crazy..they think I am a handfull just wait till I have a little sister at home to run around with..hehehe..I am gonna show her all my tricks..My other achievement is that I am sleeping alllllllllll night now...I think my parents are overjoyed by this. Now if I can just get the sippy cup under control I think I will be ready for the world. I mean really what else do I need...a good sippy cup, some teeth, and my skill to walk across a room. I am set! :) Anyway, I have to go because it is almost bedtime and mommy gets cranky if I stay up late! Hope you all have a great Christmas..I still haven't figured this one out yet..some fat man is gonna bring me presents in a sled...WHAT...whatever...maybe I will get it next year..who knows. Ok well time to go mom just found me on her computer and she is saying that word I hate so much NO! Shhhhh..don't tell her I know how to type.....MUAH!

Hospital News

Well I am completely in shock that it is the week before Christmas. I don't really feel like it is a holiday this year. Although, I think it will be a good break for Bob and I to go to dinner on Christmas. Lillian will not be out yet. She is working on gaining weight and drinking from a bottle. We just found out yesterday that she has PVL. This basically means some of her white blood cells died off at birth from trauma...not having enough oxygen to the brain. This could be a result of the bleeding I was experiencing. We also found out she is at level one for bleeding. It is all a big shock to us and we are a bit overwhelmed with the news. We are just very worried about our daughter. Besides that news I quit my job last week. I decided for now it is best for me to sub in my district. I will continue to go to grad school and be at home with the girls. Then I can sub on and off when I want. I just really don't know when I will actually be able to go back to work full time. Big news with Colette is that she is WALKING! It is so exciting! She is turning into the big sister! :) Very cute. Well that is the news on my family. Write more later!

Long Time No Post

So I know I haven't posted in awhile, but can you blame me. I have one daughter in the hospital and one running all over the place. What a crazy time for us! We are delighted with Lillian's progress..she is gaining weight and learning how to use a bottle. We hope she is home by Christmas, but not sure yet. Colette is busy learning tons! She is into everything at home. She likes to dance a lot..it is funny. Lately for me I have been ok..I had a really tough time for awhile with some postpardum issues that are still lingering, but MUCH better. I think all the stress of one in the hospital and stuff got to me. I had a bit of a meltdown and had to ask for some help. I really hope that it does not come back. Not a good thing. So yea that is us. Bob is busy working and I am busy trying to get everything in order around here. I am excited for Christmas, although I think I should start my Christmas shopping hehee...oh well..soon enough. I have no idea what to get my hubby..any suggestions? Bob and I had our first night out last week in what seemed like forever..We went to this cute bar called Mullen's..if you are looking for a place to go in this area it is good. They have good nachos...:) Then we went to see that movie Deju Vu..weird, but whatever it was nice to be out. Hmmm.. I think that is it here...
