What's New with Us! :)

So I don't always have time to write everyone I want back..I get so busy between work, school, husband, and baby that I seem to forget a lot of the time. I thought starting this would not only be a good way for me to vent..but also let you know how we are. Lately, things have been pretty good..At the end of the month Bob and I will be married one year! How crazy is that?! I feel like we have actually been married much longer :). Colette is starting to walk..she also has starting saying mama and dada. Overall, we are great!
Despite our immediate family doing well..it has been hard adjusting to "mommy life." No more going out when I want to..I seem to end up hanging out with other moms, instead of my single friends because I can't go to bars or whatever. I think it is just something that happens when you have kids. You are all the sudden in a different group then the one you used to be in..it is not to say that I don't have those single friends anymore, just that it is harder to plan stuff with them at this point.
Although, when I do go to my single friends houses and then they go on and on about how they want a kid..I just let them play with Colette for a bit..by the time I leave they usually are so worn out, they end up saying they will wait..lol :) Their boyfriends always thank me...hehehe..:)
So that is me for now..life is busy..Bob and I are doing good...I am very thankful for my husband. He has been a huge support for me. I think coming from my family background it has been hard for me at some points to deal with some things..My mother is still not in my life and it is for the best, although sometimes I think it would be easier to give in. I will not bore you with all the details of that though..maybe at a later point... :) I guess I should get some work done now :)
